Shahkot: 35 people diagnosed with Aids in six months
Health authorities have revealed that 35 people have been diagnosed with HIV Aids in the last six months in Shahkot, which is a town in Nankana Sahib District of Punjab.

The virus has spread at an alarming rate in the district where earlier 24 cases were reported and now 11 further have been diagnosed with the virus.

The authorities have designated special wards in hospitals to treat patients.

A screening camp has been set up at Muhalla Watawan, Darbar Chowk where the process of blood screening of citizens is underway.
