Hollywood: The much awaited sequel of Disney’s animated film ‘Frozen’ has pushed past the 200 million dollar mark at the box office in its seventh day of release.

Directed by Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck, ‘Frozen 2′ finished Thanksgiving with a North American total of 202.3 million dollars after earning 14.7 million dollars for the day.

Frozen 2 now ties with Finding Dory, which also achieved the feat in seven days, back in June of 2016.The Incredibles 2 managed to do so in four days in 2018.

The movie is expected do more business and film experts are eager to see where is this counting going to stop.

Earlier, Disney’s “Frozen 2” iced out the box office competition in North America, where family audiences powered the animated adventure to a dazzling $130 million debut.

The first “Frozen” launched before Thanksgiving in 2013, collecting $93 million during its first five days in theaters.

Overseas, the animated adventure generated $223 million for a massive global start of $350 million.
