Ali Noor in ICU with Hepatitis A, may need liver donor
Islamabad: Ali Noor, lead singer of Noori, has been hospitalized onTuesday after a bout with Hepatitis A took a turn for the worse.
On Tuesday night, social media website Twitter was flooded with messages from the singer’s family, asking possible liver donors with blood groups B +ve, B -ve, O +ve, O –ve, to contact the family.
The band’s official Facebook page also requested help from their fans, requesting that a donor be arranged within the following 48 hours.
Later in the night, Ali Noor’s brother Ali Hamza sent out a message on Facebook and Twitter, asking fans to not panic.

He clarified that though doctors have asked a donor to be on standby, Ali Noor is recovering and would hopefully not need a donor.
He also said that if a donor was arranged, it would have to be from within the family because Pakistan laws do not allow for strangers to donate organs.

Reportedly, Ali Noor is in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Shifa
