PM Khan for not politicizing Nawaz Sharif’s health issue
Islamabad: Amidst Nawaz Sharif’s departure to London for medical treatment, Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan on Friday directed party’s spokespersons to not politicize the issue of Nawaz Sharif’s health.

As per details garnered, the premier presided over a huddle of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) spokespersons here in the federal capital.

The premier apprised attendants that interior ministry has placed Nawaz Sharif’s name on Exit Control List (ECL) on recommendations of National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

“The decision to remove Nawaz Sharif’s name from ECL will be made on NAB’s requests”, premier was quoted as saying.

The PM further added that all institutions of Pakistan are independent. He added, “We believe in the sovereignty of the institutions.”

On issue of Azadi March, PM added that government’s negotiating committee was looking after all matters in this regard. “All spokespersons must refrain from issuing hard-hitting statements during negotiations.”

Ailing Nawaz Sharif is expected to leave for London for medical treatment on November 10, GNN has learned.
As per details garnered, Shehbaz Sharif will accompany the supremo of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N).

On the other hand, arrangements were being made at London’s Harley Street Clinic for the treatment of the ousted premier. Both Shehbaz and Nawaz will leave for London via flight of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA).

Shehbaz has already spoken to consultants at one of the Harley Street clinics where patients suffering from drop in platelets are treated privately.

On October 29, the Islamabad High Court suspended Sharif's sentence in the Al-Azizia corruption reference for eight weeks on medical grounds.
