Seven teachers of Peshawar’s govt school test positive for coronavirus
Peshawar: Seven teachers of a government school in Peshawar have been tested positive for coronavirus, GNN reported on Wednesday.

According to details, the teachers belong to Government Higher Secondary School Number 1, Cantt but none of them interacted with any student. However, all the teachers of the school have been quarantined at home after they tested positive for the infectious disease. Their COVID-19 tests were conducted last week. These teachers will be tested again for coronavirus.

The health department has been informed about the tests of all the teachers.

It is pertinent to remember that Pakistan has reported 4 deaths in last 24 hours by novel coronavirus as the number of positive cases has surged to 303,089. The nationwide tally of fatalities has jumped to 6,393.

According to the latest figures by the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) 665 persons have been tested positive for COVID-19 in 24 hours.
