"Will not leave vote thieves in peace"; Fazlur Rehman says PDM rally will take place

Peshawar: Jamiat Ulema Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has confirmed that Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) rally will take place in Peshawar on Sunday.

"We will not leave vote thieves in peace," said Fazlur Rehman, predicting that the rally will be "historic". He said that "illegal rulers" had tried to stop the rally. "We think this government is more dangerous than coronavirus. They asked us if we will follow COVID-19 SOPs. We said we are still dealing with COVID-18," he said.

Regarding the PDM, Fazlur Rehman said that the movement was progressing with "full unity". He also said that PDM rallies scheduled for November 26 and 30 in Larkana and Multan respectively will go ahead as planned. "State institutions should stop protecting the government," he demanded.

In answer to a question, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that world politics is changing. "We have to remove Pakistani Trump," he said.
