PM Imran terms SC decision in Asia bibi acquittal as per Constitution

Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the decision of Supreme Court of Pakistan of Aasia bibi acquitting is as per constitution of Pakistan.

In his address to nation on Wednesday, Prime Minister said that Pakistan was created in the name of Islam and there are no such laws against the Sharia in the country.
Pakistan is only state which was made in the name of Islam after the state of Madina, he said.
He went on saying that the language used for judiciary and army chief after the acquittal of Aasia bibi is condemnable.
The premier said that respect of last Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) is the basics of every Muslim’s faith. No one can bear the blasphemy, he said.
He also noted that Pakistan was the only country which protests the blasphemous cartoon issue of Netherland with that government and at United Nations.
It was the first time when European Union (EU) terms blasphemy a condemnable incident, he said.
He added that if a person incites others to take law into the hands and kill all judges, army and government official it is not acceptable.
PM said that country is already facing economic crises and our government is striving for overcoming the crises and the reaction on the decision is creating problem for underprivileged class.
