Pressure does not coerce us into changing leadership - Sindh CM to MQM-P
Karachi: The Sindh Assembly on Monday witnessed yet another ruckus as treasury and opposition benches exchanged barbs during speech of Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Murad Ali Shah.

As per details garnered, Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) lawmaker Kunwar Naveed Jamil even stood on his seat to record the protest.

While lambasting MQM, Shah taunted that Pressure doesn’t coerce us [read PPP] into changing leadership. He said, “At present, they are following Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf [PTI]. We will see the results of this soon.”

Keeping verbal onslaught up, Sindh CM once again warned that they [PPP] won’t allow anyone to slash 18th Amendment from the Constitution. Shah lamented, “Those who were once torch bearer of provincial autonomy are now campaigning against it.”

Shah apprised attendants that those who once dreamt of dividing Sindh are witnessing division within their ranks.

He urged opposition to read Article 149 before having debate on it.
