Government resorting to revenge politics when unity is needed: Bilawal Bhutto
PPP Chairperson and opposition member, Bilawal Bhutto said on Tuesday that government is resorting to revenge when political unity is needed on Kashmir issue.

“We are trying to send a strong message to international community that we are united. We have tolerated the government incompetency but we will not allow any weak stance on Kashmir,” he said.

Bilawal further stated that the only reason he left his father in jail and went to offer Eid prayers in Muzaffarabad was to show solidarity with Kashmiri people.

He added that merely messages are not enough and government needs to device a proper policy on Kashmir issue.

“Whole nation and Kashmiris are looking up to government,” he said adding that he will fight for the rights of Kashmir till his last breath.

Referring to the recent arrests of Faryal Talpur and Maryam Nawaz, he said that the government decided to arrest Faryal Talpur from hospital bed and Maryam Nawaz was arrested on the day when Kashmir crisis had intensified.

“The day Kashmir should have been the headline it was Maryam Nawaz. The arrests have been made at times when unity was needed.”

He added our attempt should be to keep a firm stance on Kashmir and let Kashmiri people deice their fate.
