Paragon case: Court approves Khawaja brothers’ plea to not be convicted
Lahore: The accountability court has approved the plea of Khawaja brothers to not be convicted in Paragon case and has adjourned hearing till September 4.

According to the details, an accountability court resumed hearing on Paragon Housing scandal case against Khawaja Salman and Khawaja Saad Rafique on Tuesday.

During the proceedings, the lawyer of Khawaja brothers requested the judge to delay the prosecution. In response to that, NAB’s lawyer said that when NAB provided copies of reference, the Khawaja brothers' lawyers had no objection, so both should be convicted.

The court, later, approved the plea of Khawaja brothers in Paragon case and adjourned hearing till September 4.

Khawaja Saad, Salman and Nadeem Zia are accused of obtaining financial benefits by embezzling funds of Paragon City.
