Pakistan beat Kiwis by 6 wickets, win 11th T20I series in a row
Dubai: Pakistan beat New Zealand by six wickets in the second Twenty20 International in Dubai on Friday night to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the tri-match series.

With the marvelous triumph in the series, Greenshirts registered their consecutive 11th victory in various series since July and 15th in 17 T20 internationals this year.

New Zealand scored 153-7 with Corey Anderson (44 not out) and Colin Munro (44) after they won the toss and batted.Pakistan overhauled the target for the loss of four wickets in 19.4 overs with Mohammad Hafeez (34 not out) hitting the winning boundary. Babar Azam scored 40 and Asif Ali made 38.

Babar Azam is 88 runs away from becoming the sixth Pakistan batsman to reach the 1000-run landmark in T20Is.

Out of 18 matches, Pakistan won 10 while New Zealand 8. The last and final match of the series will be played on Sunday in Dubai.
