England, France and Portugal cruise through their Euro 2020 Qualifier matches
England hosted Kosovo at Wembley stadium and was given a shock start after Kosvo took the lead within 30 seconds following an error by Everton center back Michael Keane. England however turned on the style as they put 5 goals past Kosvo in the first half. Goals from Raheem Sterling, Harry Kane and Jadon Sancho ensured that Kosvo could not come back even though they scored two more goals in the second half.
A seemingly depleted France side without the likes of Pogba and Mbappe faced Andorra at home. A thoroughly dominant display saw goals from Kingsley Coman, Lenglet and Ben Yedder in an easy 3-0 win.
Portugal was away at Lithuania and won 5-1 in comfortable fashion. Cristiano Ronaldo was responsible for four of the five goals with a late goal coming from William Carvalho.
With Germany and Holland also impressing during their qualifier campaign, it seems that it will be difficult to pick out a clear winner for the 2020 Euros.
