Earthquake of magnitude 6.3 hits Taiwan
The depth of the earthquake was recorded at 5.5 km.
Taipei: An earthquake was felt in eastern Taiwan's Hualien County, shaking buildings in the capital city of Taipei.
According to the Taiwan Meteorological Department, the magnitude of the earthquake was recorded at 6.3 while the depth of the earthquake was recorded at 5.5 km.
According to Taiwanese authorities, there were no immediate reports of damage caused due to earthquake.
