Court adjourned £190mn reference by April 29
Later then the court postponed the hearing till April 29.
Rawalpindi: The applicant’s lawyers have completed the cross examination from two witnesses in £190mn case. The six more witnesses’ statements have recorded.
According to the details, the £190mn corruption scandal case heard in Adiala jail in which six more witnesses’ statements have recorded which were presented by the national accountability bureau (NAB).
The 21 witnesses’ statements have recorded in this case collectively. On the occasion of the hearing in Adiala jail, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) founder Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi were also present in the court room.
From the applicant’s side lawyer Zaheer Abbas Chaudhry, Usman Gil, Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry appeared in the court while the NAB’s deputy prosecutor general Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi, prosecutor Amjad Pervaiz appeared before the court with team.
Later then the court postponed the hearing till April 29.
