PTI’s nationwide protest against alleged election rigging
The protest demonstrations will be held by Tehreek-e-Insaf in different areas of the country including Lahore.
Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf will protest across the country today against the alleged election rigging.
According to media reports quoting party sources, protest demonstrations will be held by Tehreek-e-Insaf in different areas of the country including Lahore.
On the other hand, PTI spokesperson has alleged that the police is raiding the houses and offices of PTI assembly members and ticket holders in Lahore.
The spokesperson of Tehreek-e-Insaf said that the police operations have been going on since night to stop the protest rallies against rigging in the by-elections.
It may be noted that the PTI has called for nationwide protests today, alleging rigging in the April 21 by-elections and "mandate theft" in the general elections.
