IHC disposes of plea regarding poisoning Bushra Bibi
Justice asked that what is about with the poison.
Islamabad: The Islamabad high court (IHC) on Tuesday disposed of the plea while rejecting the claims on finding no proof of giving poison to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi.
According to the details, Justice Mian Gil Hassan Aurangzeb heard the plea of medical checkup due to the concern of giving poison to Bushra Bibi.
The judge inquired if Bushra Bibi’s tests were complete and was she fine now.
Official lawyer Abdur Rehman told the court the Bushra Bibi’s tests were completed from Al-Shifa Hospital in the supervision of Dr Asim Yousaf and that she was completely well.
The judge asked about the poison. To which the official lawyer replied that no effects of poison have been found.
The applicant's counsel said that Bushra Bibi wanted to brief the court herself. The judge remarked that there was nothing wrong happened with Bushra Bibi so the court was disposing of the petition.
