Land record digitsation: Punjab CM orders stakeholders to ensure close coordination

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz on Saturday presided over a special meeting relating to the Board of Revenue Reforms.

 A briefing was given on the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE).CM Maryam Nawaz issued directions to undertake essential steps for the digitalisation process.

The CM ordered to ensure collaboration of relevant departments during the land digitalisation process. It was informed during the briefing that the land record digitisation process is being undertaken with the cooperation of the World Bank under the 'Plus Project.'

 Punjab Land Record Authority and Management of Estate Land gave a briefing about the business plan affairs.

Owner based digitalisation of all neighbourhoods ( mouzas) will be carried out in Punjab. The revenue system will be made transparent through partition of land and parcel document. The government will declare a clear property from every aspect as Green.

The lands having issues will be declared as Blue and Red.The proposal to abolish joint property system will be seriously reviewed. Legal complications will be reduced with the allotment of a separate property number to every seller.

Record of Rights-Holders(FARD),Ownership and land transfer system will also be simplified after undertaking the digitalisation process.

He was born on May 18, 1980 in Lahore.

The singer is celebrating the birthday and receiving messages from his relatives, fans and followers on his special day.

Ali Zafar started his acting career with the Indian comedy film “Tere Bin Laden,” after which he became a rising star in both Pakistan and India.

Ali Zafar, who has made significant achievements in the field of music in both Pakistan and India, has been honored with numerous awards.

Ali Zafar started his artistic career by performing in Samina Peerzada's film 'Shararat.'

Ali Zafar gained immense fame from the song “Channo Ki Aankh Mein Ek Nasha Hai” from his album “Huqqa Pani,”  while his recitations of Hamd and Na'at were also highly appreciated.

In PML-N huddle, Nawaz Sharif deplores past 'injustices'

Lahore: Former prime minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz supremo Mian Nawaz Sharif on Saturday took a witty jab at "injustices" extended to him during his previous stint in power, saying those who were involved in hatching conspiracies against him are being exposed.

He said he had an audio of an ex-chief justice wherein he said Nawaz Sharif had to be removed and Imran Khan had to be brought. He was addressing the Central Working Committee (CWC) meeting in the provincial capital. The PML-N stalwart said that he was very happy to see the PML-N leaders gathered during the event. 

Sharif said that false cases against the party were “exposed”. He said that after assuming power in 2013, the first thing he did was go and visit PTI founder Imran Khan in Banigala to come to an agreement on working together for the country’s sake.

Imran Khan subsequently went to London, along with other political figures later a “plot was hatched”, after which protests were launched in the country upon the PTI founder’s return.
