Tri-nation series: New Zealand thrash Pakistan by nine wickets

Christchurch: A commanding win for New Zealand as they defeated Pakistan by nine wickets in fourth game of the Tri-Series at the Hagley Oval stadium in Christchurch on Tuesday (today).
The Kiwis restricted Pakistan to 130-7, after Babar Azam won the toss and elected to bat.
Pakistan failed to post a big total on the board and only managed to score 130 runs for the loss of seven wickets. In reply, New Zealand chased down the target in 17th over with nine wickets in hand.
New Zealand’s Finn Allen scored brilliant 62 runs. However, from Pakistan’s side Iftikhar Ahmed remained the top scorer with 27 runs.
