PTI leader Ali Mohammad Khan rearrested after release on bail
PTI leader Ali Muhammad Khan's bail was approved by the anti-corruption court's judge.
Mardan: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ali Muhammad Khan on Tuesday re-arrested from Mardan soon after his release on bail under MPO 3.
According to data provided by Ali Muhammad Khan's lawyer Nadeem Shah, the PTI leader was taken into custody as per the Deputy Commissioner's order under 3 MPO.
He claimed that Ali Muhammad Khan had been ordered released by the judge today and had been forbidden from being arrested until August 4 by the High Court, but he was arrested today for the seventh time.
Earlier this month Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ali Muhammad Khan, was detained once more following his sixth release from prison.
PTI leader Ali Muhammad Khan's bail was approved by the anti-corruption court's judge. In a different investigation, the Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) detained Khan once more.
The ACE officers at the jail gate promptly took Ali Muhammad Khan into custody. Yesterday, a fresh charge of corruption was brought up against the PTI leader for suspected financial irregularities in construction projects.
