Plea filed in SC to make full court on judges’ letter case

Islamabad: A plea has been filed in supreme court (SC) to make full court for the hearing of judges’ letter so moto case.

According to the details, the plea filed by the former president SC bar Abid Zubairi and including five other lawyers. The applicants Abid Zubairi, Shehab Sarki, Shafqat Chohan, Munir Ahmed Kakar, Chaudhry Ishtiyaq Ahmed Khan and Tahir Faraz Abbasi pleaded to be a part in this case.

It is stated in the plea that justice retired Shaukat Aziz Siddique have accused regarding that matter before the six judges.

The decision to make inquiry commission has not been made by full court session neither supreme judicial council yet the decision has been made by chief justice after meeting with administration leaders.

It is pleaded in the petition that the SC should barred administration and higher authorities to interfere in judiciary. This matter is needed to be fully investigated.
