Wasim Akram’s wife Shaniera Akram excited as husband follows Shoaib Akhtar
Wasim's wife responded with a cute comment expressing her excitement and said Wasim didn't even tell her
After former Pakistani fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar, former cricketer and Pakistan captain Wasim Akram has also joined the popular video-sharing site TikTok.
The former Pakistani skipper took to Instagram to announce his official TikTok account with his first-ever video for the site. Just like Shoaib Akhtar's, Wasim's video also contained a special message.
The video opens with a girl gliding on a skateboard and then stepping on to a row of rings to do a stunt. The scene cuts and Wasim appears in the video, saying "you must have found the girl's move great, but caution".
He says that such moves and stunts are only for highly trained stuntsmen and warned people that they need to think again before doing something like this if they haven't trained for it. “We love you. Take care,” Wasim concluded.

Meanwhile, Wasim's wife Shaniera Akram responded with a cute comment expressing her excitement and said Wasim didn't even tell her about joining TikTok. She further stated that she would obviously follow her husband's account.
Earlier, former Pakistan pacer Shoaib Akhtar had joined TikTok, a popular online video sharing application, with a thoughtful message.
The fast pacer took to Twitter account to introduce his TikTok account to his fans. “Finally, I am on your favorite platform #TikTok. Cricket & so much more, but with responsibility,” Akhtar wrote with a link attached to the tweet.
In his first TikTok video, the world’s fastest bowler was seen sitting on a heavy bike with a helmet in his hands. “Like you need to wear a helmet before riding a motorcycle and face my bowling, you also need to slow down, and think before uploading anything on the internet to see if it is causing any harm to anyone,” he said in the video.
The pacer advised netizens to always be mindful before uploading content on the internet and take care of themselves. The video closes with the ex-cricketer wearing the helmet, kickstarting the motorcycle and riding away.
Within the first few hours of its creation, Shoaib Akhtar’s TikTok account attracted over 22,000 followers. However, he himself hasn’t followed anyone back.
