Since last year, the company has been testing out Spaces, its live audio Clubhouse competitor which is an invite-only audio-based social network startup and tech celebrities like Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg joined the platform to take part in live audio chats with its users.

Meanwhile, anyone can join an existing Spaces room right now on Twitter and only a small group of users were able to host. Which means, if you don't know or follow anyone who has access to Spaces, you might be completely missing out on the feature.

Hence, the company plans to change that soon.

The company apparently have big plans to encourage users to create content in Spaces.

Twitter hosted a space room on Wednesday and confirmed that it wants to make Spaces available for all users from April.

Interestingly, on the same day an update for the Twitter iOS app released, promoting Twitter Spaces as a new feature in the App Store description.

Earlier In March, the social media platform began rolling out Spaces for Android users around the world.

As per company, android users will not be able to host spaces, but they will be able to join and talk in spaces.

The feature will let users to create public and private audio chat rooms on the platform.
