Attock traffic police issues 25000 challans on helmet violations in 5 days

Attock: Traffic police of Attock, Punjab collected a remarkable Rs8.8 million in challans just in five days after the commencement of the helmet campaign in the Punjab.
According to information, Attock traffic police challened over 25,000 motorcyclists for breaking the traffic law of not wearing helmets.
The police received Rs8.8 million throughout five days of the campaign and noted that the helmet campaign will continue for an extended duration in Punjab.
Further traffic police officials said the aims of the Attock traffic police are not to issue challans but the protection of civilians is our priority.
They also asked the residents to guarantee the usage of helmets to safeguard themselves and their loved ones.
