Saudi Arabia decides to allocate 6 more professions to its citizens
Saudi Arabia has allocated six more sectors for its citizens while Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Eng. Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi has approved the allocation of these sectors to ‘only’ Saudi citizens.
According to the Ministry of Human Resources, the professions reserved for citizens include legal consultancy, law firms, customs clearance, real estate activities, film industry, driving school, technical and engineering professions.
According to the Saudi ministry, allocating these professions to Saudi nationals will create additional 40,000 jobs.
The Saudi Ministry of Human Resources says the plan is to create 230,000 jobs for Saudi citizens by the end of 2021.
Earlier this year, the Saudi authorities approved to only appoint kingdom Nationals in education, shopping malls, restaurants, cafe shops, central supply markets and private schools sectors.
