'My election camp was demolished first, We will not allow this to happen,' alleges PML-N candidate

Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) candidate Ismail Gujjar on the issue of alleged bitter rhetoric between Gujranwala Deputy Commissioner (DC) and PML-N polling agents at the polling station said that if peaceful polling is to be allowed, then it is fine, otherwise, “we will also make a mess.”

"My election camp was demolished first. We will not allow this to happen," he reacted.

Ismail Gujjar said that DC kicked out the PML-N polling agents and threatened them.

It may be recalled that the Gujranwala DC reached the polling station established at Government High School No. 2 Gujranwala and expelled the polling agents of PML-N and Muslim Conference.

On the occasion, PML-N polling agents protested against being removed from the polling room.

While PML-N polling agents and Gujranwala DC also had a bitter argument.

Polling was stopped at this polling station after virulent words were uttered by the Deputy Commissioner and PML-N polling agents.

 

Noon League candidate Chaudhry Ismail Gujjar also reached the said polling station where Deputy Commissioner ordered to remove the PML-N representative from the polling room.
