Hearing of harassment case against Babar Azam adjourned till completion of PSL
Lahore: The hearing of a case related to allegations of harassment against the Pakistan Cricket Team Captain Babar Azam has been adjourned till the completion of Pakistan Super League (PSL).
According to details, a petition was heard against the order to prosecute skipper Babar Azam. During the hearing, the court said that let the PSL be completed then the case will be heard.
Justice Asjad Javed Gharal said that whatever the decision would be but verdict can be a disgrace for the country.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing of the case for one month.
Hamiza Mukhtar, who accused Captain Babar Azam, appeared in the court.
"I will get justice. For the sake of national honour, the respectable judge has adjourned the case for a month," Mukhtar told the media. “I'll be back in a month. There are constant threats, but I will not be afraid and I will fight the case," she added.
It should be noted that the captain of the national cricket team has challenged the orders of the case against him in the Lahore High Court.
