Islamabad: The Supreme Court again referred the matter of hearing the Military Courts case to the Practice and Procedure Committee.

A six-member larger bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan of the Supreme Court heard the case, in which the court referred the matter to the Practice and Procedure Committee after the objection of the main petitioners.

During the hearing, Justice Musarat Hilali had an interesting conversation with Aitzaz Ahsan. Barrister Aitzaz said that when the Supreme Court decides a case, it cannot be tampered with, the lion does not know its power.

Justice Musarat Hilali replied that we are fully aware of our power, Mr. barrister.

On the other hand, during the hearing, journalist Hafeezullah Niazi got emotional and said that his son Hassaan Niazi is missing, he cannot meeting him. He is unable to sleep at night.

Hafeezullah folded his hands in front of the court and stated that he cannot find his son.

The court directed the Attorney General to find out the details about Hassaan Niazi and inform.

During the hearing, lawyer Hamid Khan said that we have also filed a writ. On this Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar replied that there is an objection on the bench whether a nine-member larger bench will be formed or a six-member bench will hear the case.

Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) leader Yasmin Rashid has written a letter to chief justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa.

According to the details, in the letter Yasmin Rashid told Qazi Faez regarding the historical rigging in by-elections. The slogan of give respect to vote has died in by-elections.

She stated in the letter that she knew about the February 8 general elections that the people will be coming out of their homes in millions to vote PTI’s founder Imran Khan. Despite a lot of oppression people come out and won the PTI.

PTI’s leader claimed that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) have to make a government on the forged form-47 with his companions. This time the fake votes have put in the ballot boxes.

Yasmin Rashid also said that the government needs to make a shame of how much oppression will they put on the people and the election commission has become a slave above all.

She appealed to CJP Qazi Faez Isa to take a notice on that matter in her letter.

Karachi: The gold price has reached to $2320 with the increase of $11 per ounce in the international billion market.

According to the details, the per told gold price reached to Rs242000 with the increase of Rs1100 in the local markets while the 10 grams of gold reached to Rs207476 with the increase of Rs943.

On the other hand, the price of silver remained the same Rs2650 without any changing and the 10 grams of silver also remained the same of Rs2371.94.
