Court postpones hearing till May 25 against Khaqan, Miftah
Later then the court postponed the hearing till May 25.
Islamabad: The accountability court Islamabad has postponed the hearing till May 25 on LNG reference against former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and former federal minister Miftah Ismail.
According to the details, due to the busy schedule amid jail trial of judge Nasir Javed Rana there could not be any updating thing in the case against Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Miftah Ismail. The attendances have marked of the accusers in the hearing of the case.
The court staff stated that judge Nasir Javed Rana is busy today (Tuesday) in Adiala jail against the trial of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) founder Imran Khan.
From Miftah Ismail’s side Chaudhry Safeer appeared before the court while Shahid Khaqan Abbasi appeared in the court and mark his attendance.
Later then the court postponed the hearing till May 25.

Alleged suicide of youth near Karachi Seaview
Father of the young man said that the rescue team is also searching in the sea.
Karachi: A young man allegedly committed suicide near Karachi's Seaview Do Darya.
In this regard, the young man's father Mahmood said that 27-year-old Tahir Mahmood drives cab for an online service. He had two marriages and is father of two girls.
Father Mehmood stated that one of the two daughters had died. Late at night the daughter-in-law called crying and said Tahir is at Seaview, they need to go there immediately.
He added that on the way, the daughter-in-law told that Tahir had made a video call while going to the sea, saying that he is committing suicide, you all should be happy. Since he is missing, nothing has been known.
Mehmood, father of the young man, said that the rescue team is also searching in the sea. The operation was started in the morning due to darkness at night, the police is also present at the spot.

IT exports of Pakistan up by $339 million
Pakistan's IT exports recorded an increase of 17.44% compared to last year's same period which was 1.940 billion dollars.
Islamabad: Pakistan's IT exports have increased by a record 339 million dollars.
According to the Ministry of IT, from July 2023 to March 2024, IT exports reached 2.28 billion dollars.
The Ministry of IT said that Pakistan's IT exports recorded an increase of 17.44% compared to last year's same period which was 1.940 billion dollars.
According to the Ministry of IT, the exports increased by $306 million during March 2024, which is a 36% increase in IT exports in the same month last year. While IT exports increased by 225 million US dollars in March 2023.
According to the IT Ministry, IT exports increased by 19% during February 2024.
