PPP has decided not to resign from Assemblies, reveals Arif Hameed Bhatti
Lahore: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) along several two other parties have decided not to resign from the parliament.
Speaking in GNN's programme ‘Khabar Hy’, senior journalist and analyst Arif Hameed Bhatti said that there is a lot of internal snooping in Maulana Fazlur Rehman's party Jamiat Ulema-e Islam Fazl (JUI-F). The companions of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) chief are heard complaining about their party being destroyed and made hostage by Maryam Nawaz.
The seasoned analyst said that Maulana has voiced former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and former President Asif Zardari that he does not want to have a presidency whose decisions are made by Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) vice president Maryam Nawaz and PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto.
JUI-F chief had also conveyed to both parties that he can't support them in a planned long march against the government unless they tender their resignations from the parliament, he added.
Pakistan Peoples Party along with several other opposition other parties while stating that they are not personal slaves of Maryam Nawaz and Maulana Fazlur Rehman have made it clear to not resign from the assemblies.
