“New negotiation timings are expected to help facilitate the discussions between government and PTI to address pressing issues”.

Islamabad: The negotiations between government and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in Senate Secretariat have been rescheduled from 11 am to 9 pm today (Tuesday).
Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani said the change was made due to busy schedules of members of the negotiation committees from both sides.
He said: “New negotiation timings are expected to help facilitate the discussions between government and PTI to address pressing issues”.
Efforts to get on the same page through dialogue between the leaders of the ruling alliance and PTI have continued as the talks remained on track.
However, the talks have not yielded results so far. Leaders from both sides have refused to let their differences come in the way of forging a consensus on general elections.
