"My goal is to promote tourism in Pakistan", says Kumar.


Islamabad: Gandhara Task Force Chairman Dr. Ramesh Kumar stated on Monday that he wants to promote tourism in Pakistan and was pleased to meet delegations from 31 different nations at the Gandhara center.
In his remarks to the press conference, he stated that he wished for tourists to travel to Pakistan and learn about its history, noting that Gautam Budh's history originated from Pakistan. He continued, "My goal is to promote tourism in Pakistan.
He went on to say that he wanted to make Pakistan a tourism-friendly country, adding that Vietnam earned $30 billion from tourism. “I invited the Vietnamese delegation to fly to Pakistan through a chartered flight,” he added.
Dr. Ramesh continued by saying that Vietnam earned $30 billion from tourism and that he intended to make Pakistan a welcoming destination for travelers. I offered the Vietnamese group to take a chartered jet to Pakistan, says Kumar.
“Pakistan has an immense potential for religious tourism”, he said.
Kumar said Pakistan was thriving because of the sacrifices paid by the armed forces, adding that tourism could play a decisive role in Pakistan’s economy. “Religious tourism can play an important role in increasing the country’s GDP,” he added.
“All stakeholders including security agencies should play their roles in it,” he added.
