Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif inaugurated the China Expo Centre in Gwadar on Thursday.

He also set the cornerstones and officially opened various construction projects during he was in the coastal city, including the Basima-Khuzdar Road, the Awaran-Jhaljao Road, the New Gwadar International Airport, and the 132 KV Panjgur, Nag, Basima, Nal transmission line.

Earlier, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif claimed on Wednesday that the coalition government saved the Pakistan from default.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif appreciated the coalition parties while speaking at an event. "All the coalition parties have worked with the government," he stated. All of you [allies] are talented individuals who have overcome the difficulties the nation has encountered.

"There is no doubt that the country is bound to fulfill the requirements imposed by the International Monetary Fund (IMF)," said premier.

However, the government is committed to rescuing the nation and getting it back on track.

He called for a meeting of business leaders in the country's capital to create a "comprehensive plan".

Whoever wins the election will progress economic and agricultural initiatives, according to PM Shehbaz.

"Over the past 16 months, we have endured numerous difficulties. The confrontation between Russia and Ukraine has caused worldwide inflation, the prime minister continued.

Shehbaz thanked Minister of Petroleum Dr. Musaddik Malik, on concluding the deal with Azerbaijan. He also said that each month, the nation would get one cargo from Azerbaijan.

PM Shehbaz believed that making charges against one another would produce nothing.
