Govt takes notice of medicines shortage in KP hospitals

Peshawar: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has taken notice of the shortage of medicines in hospitals and Breast Hernia and Obesity surgery center (BHOs) of the province.
The caretaker government wrote a letter to the Director General of Health Services after receiving complaints of shortage of medicines.
It has been said in the post that there have been complaints of shortage of medicines in hospitals and BHOs, on which the supervisory advisor of the Chief Minister took notice of the shortage of medicines.
According to the post, the DG Health Services has been asked to ensure the supply of medicines in all the health centers of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and to take steps to solve the problem of medicines.
In the post, it has also been directed to send a report regarding the medicines in the hospitals.
