ECP publishes final list of constituencies

There will be 266 constituencies for the general seats of the National Assembly and 593 constituencies for the general seats of the provincial assemblies.

Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) published the final constituencies in the country.

According to the Election Commission, there will be 266 constituencies for the general seats of the National Assembly, while there will be 593 constituencies for the general seats of the provincial assemblies across the country.

According to the final constituencies, there will be three general seats of the National Assembly for Islamabad, 141 general seats for the National Assembly and 297 general seats for the Provincial Assembly in Punjab.

Sindh will have 61 general seats of the National Assembly and 130 general seats of the Provincial Assembly. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will have 45 general seats of the National Assembly and 115 general seats of the Provincial Assembly, while Balochistan will have 16 general seats of the National Assembly and 51 general seats of the Provincial Assembly.

According to the Election Commission, there will be 60 seats for women and 10 reserved seats for minorities in the National Assembly, while the House of the National Assembly will consist of 336 members with 266 general seats.

There are 32 reserved seats for women in the National Assembly from Punjab and 14 reserved seats for women in the National Assembly from Sindh.

Apart from this, there will be 10 reserved seats for women in the National Assembly from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and four reserved seats for women from Balochistan in the National Assembly.

141 general seats of NA in Punjab

According to the final list of constituencies released by the ECP, the number of National Assembly seats will be two in Punjab's Attock district, six in Rawalpindi, and one seat in the National Assembly combined with Rawalpindi and Murree.

Chakwal will have one NA seat while Talagang and Chakwal will have one seat, Jhelum will have two seats, and Gujarat will have four National Assembly seats.

Wazirabad and Hafizabad will have one each, Mandi Bhauddin two, Sialkot five, Narowal two and Gujranwala five seats.

The number of National Assembly seats for Sargodha will be five, Khushab two, Mianwali two, Bhakkar and Chiniot will also have two seats each.

The number of National Assembly seats for Faisalabad will be 10, Toba Tek Singh three, Jhang three, Nankana Sahib two and Sheikhupura four.

Lahore will have 14 seats in the National Assembly, Kasur four, Okara four, Pakpattan two, Sahiwal three, Khanewal four and Multan will have six seats in the National Assembly.

The number of National Assembly seats for Lodhran will be two, Wahari four, Bahawalnagar four and Bahawalpur five while Rahim Yar Khan will have six, Muzaffargarh four, Kot Addu two, Leh two and Taunsa one.

According to the final list of constituencies released by ECP, the number of National Assembly seats for Dera Ghazi Khan will be three and Rajanpur will also have three seats.

61 general seats of NA in Sindh

According to the final list of constituencies, Jacobabad district of Sindh will have one National Assembly seat while Jacobabad and Kashmore will have one constituency.

Shikarpur will have one National Assembly seat while Kashmore and Shikarpur will have one seat, Larkana and Qanbar Shahdadkot will have two National Assembly seats.

There will be three National Assembly seats for Ghotki two, Sukkur two and Khairpur three, while Nowshehro Feroze and Shaheed Benazirabad will also have two seats each.

There will be two NA seats in Sanghar, two for Mirpur Khas, one for Umarkot and two for Tharparkar.

According to the list, there will be one seat each for Matiari, Tando Alhiyar, Tando Mohammad Khan, Sajawal, Thatta and Jamshoro.

The number of National Assembly seats for Hyderabad will be three, Badin will have two seats and Dadu will also have two seats.

According to the final list of constituencies issued by ECP, the number of National Assembly seats for Malir district of Karachi will be three, Korangi three, Karachi East four, and Karachi South four seats while Kemari two, Karachi West three and Karachi Central will have four National Assembly seats.

45 general seats of NA in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

According to the final list of new constituencies issued by ECP in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the number of National Assembly seats will be one for Lower and Upper Chitral each, Swat three, Upper Dir one and Lower Dir two, while Bajaur, Malakand, Bunir , Shangla and Bitgram will also have one seat each.

Upper Kohistan, Lower Kohistan and Kolai Pass Kohistan will have one seat for the National Assembly, Mansehra will have one seat and Mansehra and Tor Ghar will have one seat for the National Assembly.

The number of National Assembly seats for Abbottabad will be two, Haripur one, Swabi two and Mardan will have three National Assembly seats while Charsadda two, Mohmand and Khyber will also have one seat each.

According to the Election Commission, the number of National Assembly seats for Peshawar will be five, Nowshera two and Kohat one.

Hangu and Orakzai will each have one seat in the National Assembly, while Kuram, Karak, Bannu, North Waziristan and Lakki Marwat will have one seat each.

Upper and Lower South Waziristan will have one seat while Tank and Dera Ismail Khan will have one National Assembly Constituency and Dera Ismail Khan will have twoNational Assembly seats.

16 general seats of NA in Balochistan

According to the list of new constituencies released by the Election Commission in Balochistan, there will be one National Assembly Constituency consisting of Shirani, Zhob, Qila Saifullah, while Musakhel, Barkhan, Loralai and Daki will also have one National Assembly seat.

Ziarat, Harnai, Sibbi, Kohlu, Dera Bugti will constitute one National Assembly seat while Jhal Magsi, Kachchi and Naseerabad will be one NA constituency.

Consisting of Sohbatpur, Jafarabad, Oasta Muhammad, and Naseerabad will have one National Assembly constituency while Khuzdar will have one seat in the National Assembly.

National Assembly consisting of Panjgur and Kech Lee will have one seat while Kich and Gwadar will have one constituency.

Chaghi, Noshki, Kharan and Wasak will have one National Assembly Constituency while Sorab, Qallat, Mastung will have one National Assembly Constituency.

The number of National Assembly seats for Quetta will be three while the National Assembly consisting of Pashin, Qila Abdullah and Chaman will have one seat.
