BTS set to release ‘Butter’ on May 21

World renowned, Korean pop band, BTS is all set to release their upcoming English song on May 21.

BTS, comprising of Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook, recently unveiled the teaser of their upcoming song Butter, leaving fans excited.

Butter will be the band’s second English song after the immense popularity of ‘Dynamite’ which was released by the BTS band last year.

 

About the wild success of Dynamite on the internet with becoming the most-viewed video in 24-hours, it can be expected that Butter will also, break some records.

BTS has a distinct fandom like no other boy brand across the globe. The band keeps on entertaining their fans with new hits.

BTS made the announcement a few days back that they will be performing their song Butter at the upcoming Billboard Music Awards. The group announced on their official Twitter handle on Tuesday. “We can’t hold it in any longer! Our debut performance of ‘#BTS_Butter’ will be at this year’s @BBMAs! Watch on Sunday, May 23rd at 8 pm ET/5 pm PT on @nbc,” they wrote on their official page.

Earlier, the K-pop band’s songwriter, Suga caught the attention of BTS Army when he got candid explaining about his mental health.

 “I’m comfortable now and feeling good, but those sorts of negative emotions come and go. So it’s almost like cold weather. It may come back in a cycle over a year, year and a half.” The BTS’ Suga admitted in an interview.

The 28-year-old revealed that it makes him “feel very good” when fans can find comfort and consolation through his words.

 “Whatever emotions that I may be feeling, I’m always ready to express them now, as I was before,” the Korean songwriter concluded.

Written by Jenna Andrews, along with Alexander Bilowitz and Sebastian Garcia, Butter will be released through Big Hit Music, the South Korean entertainment company that manages BTS, and Sony Music Entertainment.
