Parvez Elahi's lawyer detained

Lahore: Former Chief Minister Punjab Chaudhry Parvez Elahi's lawyer Aamir Saeed Raan was allegedly detained by unidentified persons from Gujranwala.

According to the details, Aamir Saeed's brother Adam Saeed claimed that Aamir was trying to submit the nomination papers of Chaudhry Parvez Elahi for the general elections 2024 when he was detained by unknown persons late at night.

The former chief minister's lawyer's brother has demanded the authorities to release Aamir Saeed Raan as soon as possible.

It is pertinent to note that even 10 months ago, Aamir Saeed went missing from Lahore and was recovered from Islamabad by Inspector General (IG) Punjab on the court order.
