PML-N to conduct election rallies from Jan 15
Rana Sanaullah stated that Nawaz Sharif will lead the election campaign and 60 rallies will be held across the country.
Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Wednesday announced election rallies across the country.
Speaking to a private news channel, PML-N Punjab President and former interior minister Rana Sanaullah said that the work regarding election tickets has been completed, the list of candidates will be released by today evening or tomorrow. Muslim League-N will start election rallies across the country from January 15.
Rana Sanaullah stated that Nawaz Sharif will lead the election campaign and 60 rallies will be held across the country. Maryam Nawaz and Shehbaz Sharif will start their election rallies from January 15, while Nawaz Sharif will start his rallies from January 17.
The leader of the Muslim League added that the program of the meetings of Maryam Nawaz and Shehbaz Sharif has been designed, while Hamza Shehbaz will hold meetings in some districts of Punjab including Lahore and Nawaz Sharif will address the meetings in 12 to 15 divisions.
Responding to the question of Nawaz Sharif becoming the president, the former federal minister replied that the head of the government is the prime minister, the president has no authority. The president needs the advice of the prime minister for everything. Therefore, the country needs Nawaz Sharif to be in a position that is operational and by practicing his authorities he can save this country from crises and that position belongs to the Prime Minister.
Regarding the seat adjustment with Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) and Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-N), Rana Sanaullah said that the adjustment with the IPP has been settled while they have adjusted seat with PML-Q in Gujarat and Bahawalpur.
