May 9: Court approves judicial remand of Imran in 12 cases

Rawalpindi: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi Thursday granted the judicial remand of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan in 12 cases of May 9.

According to the details, Judge Malik Ijaz of ATC Rawalpindi heard 12 cases against founder PTI in Adiala Jail, in which lawyer Malik Faisal and Shehbaz Khosa appeared on behalf of Imran Khan.

During the hearing, the police requested a 30-day physical remand of Imran Khan, which was rejected by the court.

Instead, the court granted 14-day judicial remand of Imran Khan in 12 cases of May 9.
