Spotify launches new offers for free and first-time users
Karachi: Spotify, the world’s leading music streaming service has launched its latest offer for Pakistani users to make sure their summer sounds just the way they want it.
Spotify Premium with its latest offer is offering three months free to eligible free and first time-users for the Individual Premium plan.
And for those who are missing their Premium plan and cancelled for one reason or another, Spotify Premium is offering three months for just Rs299.
Spotify Premium gives subscribers an audio streaming experience with ad-free music listening, and on-demand audio anytime. Using the platform, users get access to more than 70 million tracks and more than 4 billion playlists right at their fingertips.
Both offers are available for the Individual Premium plan beginning through June 22.
To be eligible for the Rs299 offer and subscribers must have cancelled their Premium plan on or before April 26.
On February 24, the world’s leading music streaming service was launched in Pakistan.
The application is available for free through iOS and Android apps and the users have the option to upgrade to Spotify Premium to have ad-free access, and other features including the ability to download music and skip unlimited songs.
The individual Premium services are priced at Rs299 per month whereas a family subscription plan that can be used by up to six family members is valued at Rs479 per month. A service named “living under one roof” is priced at Rs390 and is for two people living at the same address. The discounted subscription at Rs149 per month is available only for university students.
In addition to cards, Telenor and Zong users can also pay for the subscription fee using mobile credit or bill.
In a statement, the company said that its catalogue contained different playlists made for Pakistan that will be regularly updated and features over 70 million tracks of local and international music.
Spotify launched its service in over 80 new markets in February 2021.
