If matter gets personal, it will go long way, says PM Shehbaz

Islamabad: There has been an uproar over the raid on the residence of the presidential candidate Mahmood Khan Achakzai in the National Assembly session, while the newly elected Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that if the matter gets personal, it will go a long way.
The session of the National Assembly continues under the chairmanship of Speaker Ayaz Sadiq where the political leaders have condemned the raid on the house of the presidential candidate Mehmood Khan Achakzai by the Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC).
On this, Ayaz Sadiq said: ‘I have no information about this matter’.
Meanwhile, Mehmood Achakzai expressed his opinion saying that he does not want to make any emotional speech or ridicule anyone, dispute has been going on at his house for 15 years, 200 of their people have died.
He said that this country will not be run by one party, if we want to get the country out of the crisis, let us sit together, spy agencies will have no role in this parliament.
Meanwhile, Umar Ayub Khan of SIC stated: “I was a candidate for the Prime Minister, yesterday my speech was repeatedly stopped. Shehbaz Sharif's speech was not stopped, did he come down from heaven that his speech was not cut. I am presenting the Privilege Movement”.
Umar Ayub added that Mahmood Achakzai's house was raided yesterday and two guards were picked up from his house. We strongly condemn the raid on Mahmood Achakzai's house and will submit a resolution against it. He asked the speaker to direct action against worker violence.
During the meeting, Speaker National Assembly said that Mr. Achakzai should not talk about personal matters.
Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari expressed his opinion in the meeting that this morning it was found that there was a raid at Mahmood Achakzai's house which he condemned. Mahmood is a presidential candidate.
Bilawal Bhutto appealed to Shehbaz Sharif and Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bagti to take action against the raid.
He said that the House of National Assembly belongs to all of us, ‘I am the third representative of my family generation, who was elected, the foundation stone of Parliament was laid by Shaheed Zulfiqar Bhutto, history repeats itself’.
The chairman of PPP added that if the institution is weakened, the federation and the system will be weakened. I appeal to the seniors to take a decision that will strengthen this institution. Yesterday the members were abusing each other in the name of protest.
Bilawal further said that the people want the country and them to come out of the crisis, to take such decisions that will brighten the future of the youth.
Umar Ayub complained that PTV did not show his speech, the tradition of ban on broadcasting should end, continued PPP chairman.
He further said that we are facing an economic crisis, if we weaken the House, we will weaken ourselves. Pakistan has reached a very dangerous stage, our people have sacrificed to reach this House, a 12-year-old was shot in the head and was martyred. If the next generation becomes a member of the House, make it easier for them.
There were attacks on our workers and leaders in different areas. The opposition leader's speech must be shown live, I condemn the martyrdom of workers during the elections. Haroon Balor's son is with us as a young member, talking about the economy that is so important.
