PTI approaches court to hold rally in Islamabad
PTI's leader Aamir Mughal submitted a plea through PTI’s lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat for permission to hold a rally in Islamabad.
Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has approached High court to hold rally in Islamabad.
According to the details, PTI's leader Aamir Mughal submitted a plea through PTI’s lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat for permission to hold a rally in Islamabad. In his plea interior secretary, chief commissioner Islamabad and Inspector General (IG) Islamabad are partners.
It is requested in the plea that the court should order PTI to hold a rally on March 30 at 10 pm in Islamabad. PTI should be allowed to hold a rally at Parade Ground F9 Park or D Chowk.
Petitioner further said that the court should issue orders to the officials not to block the roads on the day of the rally and not to take violent action against the protestors.
