PTI founder challenges notice in new NAB inquiry

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) founder Imran Khan has challenged the summoning notice in new inquiry of national accountability bureau (NAB) in Islamabad high court (IHC) regarding the new NAB investigations of Toshakhana.
It is pleaded in the petition from IHC to cancel the NAB notice until the verdict will be pronounced. The plea was filed through Barrister Salman Safdar, Usman Gil and Khalid Chaudhry.
In the new inquiry of NAB, there is an allegation on Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi amid illegally selling the gifts. Both were summoned in NAB Rawalpindi on April 16.
On the other hand, Bushra Bibi’s plea is fixed for hearing in the division bench of IHC today (Thursday) on which will be heard by chief justice Aamir Farooq and justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri.
