Pakistan offers aid to Bangladesh after recent flood
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif says the sympathies of the entire Pakistani nation are with the government and people of Bangladesh
Islamabad: Pakistan on Friday offered aid to Bangladesh after the recent catastrophic floods.
The offer was extended in a letter written by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to Chief Advisor of Bangladesh Dr. Muhammad Yunus.
Expressing deep grief and sorrow over the recent disastrous flood situation, the Prime Minister said the sympathies of the entire Pakistani nation are with the government and people of Bangladesh.
He said that we stand with the people of Bangladesh who lost their loved ones, homes and jobs due to flood.
Acknowledging the bravery and courage of the people of Bangladesh in the face of adversity, Shehbaz Sharif expressed hope that Bangladesh will come out of this challenge soon under your leadership
The Prime Minister asserted that Pakistan is ready to help Bangladesh in every way in this difficult time.
