Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif on Thursday launched the "Back to School" campaign which kicked off from Kinnard Girls High School at Empress Road.
While launching the campaign, CM presented a gift of school bags to the little girls.
Early Child Hold Kits were presented along with school bags by the UNICEF.
CM Maryam underscored the importance of innovative public-private partnerships in driving educational progress.
The Chief Minister appreciated the smart classroom and wrote the message of ‘I love you all’ on the digital board of the smart classroom and prayed for success.
Provincial Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat gave a briefing to the Chief Minister about "Back to School", “Student Registration Campaign” and informed about smart classroom project.
On other hand, Chief Minister has approved the appointment of 25 parliamentary secretaries across various departments in the province.
Key appointments include Osama Leghari as the Parliamentary Secretary for the Agriculture Department and Malik Iftikhar Ahmad for Awqaf and Religious Affairs.
