Court adjourned further hearing for two weeks directing to produce all judicial records related to case
Karachi: The federal government submitted a reply in the court on the issue of the appointment of Ishaq Dar as Deputy Prime Minister.
The Chief Justice Sindh High Court (SHC) heard the petition against the appointment of Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar as Deputy Prime Minister, in which the government lawyer and the petitioner appeared in the court.
During the hearing, the public prosecutor submitted a written reply to the court on behalf of the federal government, in which it was stated that Ishaq Dar has been given the honorary post of Deputy Prime Minister, he does not use the powers of the Deputy Prime Minister.
