Former PM of Malaysia admitted to hospital
99-year-old Mahathir Mohamad was admitted to hospital yesterday evening with a respiratory infection

Kuala Lumpur: Malaysia's former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad was admitted to the hospital due to ill health.
His adviser said that 99-year-old Mahathir Mohamad was admitted to hospital yesterday evening with a respiratory infection.
According to foreign media, Mahathir also has heart problems and was last hospitalized in July.
Mahathir Muhammad has been the Prime Minister for 22 years from 1981 to 2003.
