Narowal: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Ahsan Iqbal has asked Prime Minister Imran Khan to resign saying ‘A guilty conscience needs no accuser’.

While addressing a press conference in Narowal today, the opposition leader said that all social networking sites are full of stories of Imran Khan selling a precious watch which was gifted to him.

“If that’s true, then Imran Niazi should resign over the offence of selling dignity and honor of the Pakistani nation,” he said, adding that a case should be registered.

He further added that if the news is not true, then Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government should present the details of the treasury to the nation.

“It has become impossible for every Pakistani to earn a fair livelihood with dignity,” PML-N leader said.

The database of two offshore companies mentions the addresses of Premier in the Pandora Papers.

“After Imran Khan’s name surfaced in Pandora Leakes, there is no moral justification for him to retain the post of Prime Minister,” he added.

The International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) will release 11.9 million documents today.

This global investigation will surpass even the Panama Papers of 2016. As many as 600 journalists from 100 countries have participated in this investigation.

According to ICIJ, the Pandora Papers project includes financial details of important personalities from 117 countries.

Two Pakistani journalists also included in the investigation of Pandora Papers. The Pandora Papers also includes financial details of several important Pakistani personalities.

The investigations have found that Zaman Park Lahore is the address address of two offshore companies-- Hawk Field Limited and Lock Gate Investment-- that are registered in Sea Shell.
