Supreme Court orders immediate removal of Sindh Chief Minister Murtaza Wahab.


Karachi: The Supreme Court (SC) on Monday ordered to remove Administrator Murtaza Wahab from his post.
According to details, in the Guter Bagicha case, the Supreme Court while, ordering the Sindh government to remove Murtaza Wahab from his post expressed anger over the use of harsh words by Karachi Administrator.
During the hearing of the case, Justice Qazi Amin remarked that these are state lands and not his personal property.
Reportedly, Murtaza Wahab, while speaking bitterly with bench of the Supreme Court, said, "Why should we leave tomorrow, do you want us to leave the government?"
Expressing anger, the Chief Justice Qazi Amin said, "Shut up, what are you talking about, don't do politics here".
Being annoyed at Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader, the apex court questioned Murtaza “Are you an administrator or a political leader?” asking him to leave the court room.
“Get out of here, we're freeing you now,” the apex court said.
While taking up the petition, Justice Amin remarked that Murtaza is not eligible for the post.
Moreover, during the hearing, angry Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed instructed Sindh Chief Minister (CM) to appoint an impartial and skilled person in place of Murtaza Wahab.
