Lahore: People with a strong will and determination do not let any disability hinder their way to success as Pakistani visually Impaired PhD Dr Ayesha Saleem Kopi has proved this to be true after becoming pride for her family and Pakistan.
Blind Dr Ayesha not only teaches but also does all the household chores without any help. She completed her PhD degree after a hard struggle.
Ayesha Saleem, a blind female scholar from Lahore, has set an example for all struggling females by completing a PhD degree. By obtaining a PhD despite all her disabilities, Ayesha has proved a point that no external obstacle may hold you back if you have mountainous determination to achieve your goal. Her nine publications have also been published.
She is currently a lecturer at the University of Education, teaching the subject of education. Her blind husband is also proved himself and has earned MPhil degree in Political Science. He is a lecturer in Political Science at University of the Punjab.
In an interview with “Hamara Pakistan” anchor Ausaf Ali Khan, she said, “I have faced many difficulties but remained steadfast and reached her destination.”
