Sheikh Rashid further added that the entire country stands by Prime Minister.

Islamabad: Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmad Wednesday said Prime Minister Imran Khan would emerge victorious, regardless of his win or defeat in oppositions’ no-confidence motion against him.
While talking to media persons today, the Federal minister stated, no matter what is the outcome of the no-trust move, Imran Khan will be the ‘ultimate beneficiary’.
Referring to oppositions’ long march, Interior Minister said they will be fully facilitated and provided with protection.
He said around 1000 personnel of FC and Rangers have been summoned to Islamabad for performing security duty adding that if needed more personnel would be deployed to ensure law and order situation.
“However, nobody will be allowed to take law into hands,” he reiterated, adding, it is government’s responsibility to protect the lives and properties of the people.
"If anyone is thinking of disturbing law, they would be dealt with iron hands,” warned minister.
“Imran Khan’s popularity has increased in recent weeks and he will gain further strength in the days to come,” added Rashid.
Sheikh Rashid further added that the entire country stands by Prime Minister.
Cautioning Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the minister predicted that other opposition leaders will run away—leaving him empty handed.
Fazlur Rehman has been playing the role of Mola Jaat, he remarked.
The former Railway Minister also warned that no-confidence motion could lead to ‘democratic instability’ in Pakistan.
The minister said Pakistan was facing international threats of terrorism adding that maintenance of peace and countering terrorism was not only responsibility of the government but also the opposition.
